I'm from Guatemala. A small, beautiful country in Central America between the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. The Farm, Finca Santa Clara, cares since generations about me and I am one of only a handful of genuine ‘Antigua’ coffees (coffees grown in the Antigua valley area bounded by three volcanoes – Agua, Acatenango and Fuego). Finca Santa Clara is located on the fertile southern slopes of the Volcán de Agua in the Antigua Valley at 1,600-1,830 metres. I was washed, freed from the cherry meat with water and fermented wet.
As with any coffee, Eddy Gordo has been roasted with great care so that we can unfold his full potential. This coffee produces the typical Guatemalan cocoa note, combined with light sweetness and a touch of floral.
